Master, Superior Court of Justice
In November 1998, after 17 years of conducting a litigation, mediation and arbitration practice with Gardiner, Roberts, Master Albert was appointed Case Management Master of the Superior Court of Justice for Ontario. Dispute resolution is a key element of case management. Master Albert is interested in international justice reform initiatives, and has participated in workshops and missions on case management, court connected mediation and alternative dispute resolution in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Bangladesh.
