Class Reunions 2003 |

Time
to Reunite!
There
is an air of excitement as reunion committees form and
invitations are mailed. This year the classes of:
will
be celebrating their respective class reunions throughout
the months of October and November. With events being
planned all over the city, the alumni of Osgoode Hall
will once again come together in a celebration of their
accomplishments, the profession and the wonderful relationships
they formed during their time in law school.
During the month of June two very special reunions were
held for the classes of 1948, 1952 and 1953 –
celebrating their 55th and 50th class reunions respectively.
Both events were a great success and brought together
Osgoode alumnus, who’s experiences and memories
of law school are very different than what law students
experience today. Not only did they study at Old Osgoode
under the tutelage of renowned scholars such as Bora
Laskin, many of them had postponed or interrupted their
legal studies to serve in World War II. Both reunions
served as an important reminder of the importance of
staying connected - their devotion to both the school
and the profession was an inspiration to everyone involved.
As you anticipate the reunion of your class be sure
to check out the itineraries as they evolve online and
post a class note to other members. Also be sure to
browse the online photo galleries of reunions past to
see old classmates, professors and many familiar members
of the legal community.
